Inviting a User

If you want to give a new user access to a dossier, you can easily invite them from the Main Menu.

Inviting a User

  1. Open the Main Menu.

  2. Click Invite Someone.

  3. A window will appear where you can enter the user's email address.

  4. Enter the correct email address.

  5. Confirm the invitation.

The user will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to access the dossier.

Granting Administrator Rights​

Optionally, you can grant the new user administrator rights for the dossier. Enable the appropriate option before sending the invitation.

Registering in Factview

Every new user must first register in Factview.

Once the user has registered:

  • They will receive the invitation to the dossier.

  • They can accept the invitation.

  • The dossier will open automatically.
